Understanding Your Cancellation Options
Each hotel booking has its own cancellation policy, which is clearly displayed before you complete your reservation. The cancellation terms depend on the rate type you select.
Rate Types
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge until the deadline shown. After this deadline, cancellation fees may apply.
- Non-Refundable: These rates offer the best prices but cannot be cancelled or modified. No refund is available.
- Partially Refundable: Some rates allow cancellation with a partial refund. Check the specific terms for your booking.
Important: Your cancellation deadline is shown in your booking confirmation email and on the checkout page. Make sure to note this date.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Bookings"
- Find the booking you wish to cancel
- Click "Request Cancellation"

Refund Processing
If you're eligible for a refund:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
No-Shows
If you don't arrive at the hotel and don't cancel your booking, this is considered a "no-show". No-shows are typically charged the full booking amount regardless of the cancellation policy.
